Medical Receptionist (Liverpool)

Answering incoming calls, registering patients, keeping our patient database up-to-date, and booking appointments

Liaising with Doctors, nurses and Allied Health to ensure they have necessary support.

Medicare, DVA, Workers Comp and private billing

Management of patient electronic records.

Greet patients at the door and be able to communicate our current COVID-19 policies.

Medical Director/Pracsoft experience essential

Scanning/Faxing as required.

Providing cover for planned/sick leave.

Maintain a well organised, clean, effective, and confidential workspace.

Maintain cleanliness of the practice.

Maintain stationery and clinic supplies.

Attend to end of day routine cleaning and stock requirements and ensure all furniture and equipment is clean and tidy.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE WITH MEDICAL DIRECTOR SOFTWARE.

Pay: $25.00
- $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- General Practice: 1 year (required)
- MedicalDirector/Pracsoft: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CPR Certification (required)
