As we continue to grow and expand our influence in Australia, we're on the lookout for **Retail Sales Assistants**, **Supervisors** and **Store Managers** at our **Westfield Liverpool **store.

Please note: Remuneration will vary depending on the **General Industry Retail Award.**

**Retail Sales Assistants Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure every visitor feels welcome and valued.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and promotions, offering expert guidance and advice to customers.
- Actively engage with customers to build relationships, drive sales and meet individual sales targets.
- Assist with visual merchandising and stock management to maintain an organised, well-stocked and visually appealing store.
- Perform cashier duties and other tasks as required.

**Store Supervisor Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrated experience in retail, particularly as a 21C.
- Expertise in visual merchandising to optimise store presentation and appeal.
- Lead the sales team to meet targets by providing outstanding customer service.
- Assist the store manager to recruit and train new staff.
- Oversee cashier operations and general store housekeeping.

**Store Manager Key Responsibilities**:

- Strong retail operational skills with at least 1 years' experience in a similar management role.
- The ability to support, lead, motivate and inspire creating a strong, friendly people-oriented culture of high performance.
- The ability to achieve and exceed budgeted sales targets and drive your team to success.
- A focus on the delivery of a luxurious client experience, quality customer service and after sales follow up.
- A high degree of professionalism and maturity in all aspects of your duties.
- Outstanding personnel image and presentation standards in line with W Cosmetics guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, able to speak Chinese/Japanese/Korean is preferable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- A genuine passion for beauty and a strong understanding of the latest trends.
- Bilingual is preferred for this position (English and another language).
