Property Officer (West Hoxton)

Laing and Simmons West Hoxton-Austral has reached an exciting point of growth and we are looking for an efficient and dynamic applicant to join our Property Management Team.

As a Property Officer, you will be responsible for managing a tidy portfolio, predominantly located in the Liverpool Government area. You will play a key part in building client relationships and overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day management of the portfolio. The portfolio will see consistent growth which you will play an essential part in.

This position requires a self-driven personality; you must have a mature approach, well organised, well-spoken, well presented, and can work within a close-knit team environment.

**The Role**

Manage a growing portfolio

Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople.

Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections

Coordinate repairs and maintenance

Assist with leasing and coordinate open house inspections.

Maintain and minimise rental arrears.

Resolve escalated conflicts between landlords and tenants

No accounts responsibilities required

Work closely within a friendly and respectful team

Attend regular company provided Training

Demonstrated track-record in delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction

Proven ability to develop robust relationships with both internal and external clients

Strong organisational and role modelling skills

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in property management

A current NSW Real Estate Licence or Assistant Agent Certificate

Process-driven

Immaculate personal presentation

Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
