Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our client. This local business is known for providing excellent and reliable service in the automotive industry.

About the role

Duties

Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face-to-face

Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships

Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates

Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all work is completed and ready on time for our customers as promised

Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution-based outcomes

Eagerness to learn and grow, while being humble when mistakes are made

Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs

Skills and experience

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in light or heavy vehicles

Mechanic qualifications are highly regarded

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong communication skills
- both written and verbal

Sound organizational skills and time management

Ability to maintain and exceed expectations.

Someone who can work autonomously but thrives when part of a team.
