Retail Store Manager (Edmondson Park)

About the Role This position is a genuine full time managerial role to take responsibility for overall store performance, team leadership, and compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving profitability, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of daily store operations
- Lead, supervise, and develop a team to achieve operational and sales targets
- Monitor financial performance including sales, labour costs, and budgets
- Prepare and manage staff rosters and workforce planning
- Ensure strict compliance with Food Safety Standards, WHS regulations, and company policies
- Maintain inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalations professionally
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training
- Implement business strategies to improve efficiency and profitability Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Store Manager or similar leadership role in retail/fast food/hospitality
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to manage store financials and achieve KPIs
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in staff supervision, rostering, and performance management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Sound understanding of Australian workplace and food safety standards Qualifications
- Diploma of Business or Relevant qualification
- RSA Certification (required)
