- Civil Landscaper Opportunities – 3 Positions Available
- Full-Time permanent roles About the Role Reporting to the Civil Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering landscaping, maintenance, and general labour services across the project. This hands-on role involves physical outdoor work, supporting trades teams, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. What’s on Offer?

- Predominantly day shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm, however flexibility required for night works (approximately 1 week per month)

- Assist tradespersons and project teams across the M5 network
- Perform general civil labouring and physically demanding manual work
- Carry out landscaping and vegetation maintenance activities
- Operate in accordance with Ventia values, safety standards, and procedures
- Participate in both day and occasional night shift operations About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in general civil labouring
- A current MR Licence or higher
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
- A sound understanding of WHS practices, risk management, and hazard identification Highly desirable:
- Experience operating tractors and side-arm slasher mowers
