Laundy Hotels are seeking a part time Supervisor at Golden Fleece Hotel.

Golden Fleece Hotel is the local watering hole conveniently located in close proximity to the Liverpool train station. The Golden Fleece hosts an easy going and casual environment.

**THE OPPORTUNITY** The Golden Fleece Hotel is looking for a part-time Supervisor who is committed to delivering exceptional service across the following positions:

- Be ultimately accountable for the delivery of operational performance in front-line team
- Be responsible for developing the skills of staff in product knowledge specific to food, tasting notes, service, team culture and guest relationships
- Staff on-the-job training
- Operational compliance audits
- Ensure RSA compliance
- Ensuring floor, bar and gaming procedural compliance
- Monitor shift hours and organise staff breaks
- Monitor product consistency & spend per head
- Sequence of service
- Open and closing venues in accordance with Laundy expectations

**WHO ARE YOU** As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:

- A minimum of 1+ years in a similar position
- A strong focus on delivering high standards and exceptional customer service
- Be hands-on and operational
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Strong food/ dietaries knowledge
- Robust floor operations knowledge
- Strong food and beverage product knowledge
- Attention to detail
- RSA, RCG
