As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our team and support our hiring needs across speech pathology, behaviour therapy, and support roles.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding

Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Assist with employer branding initiatives, including social media recruitment campaigns

Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

About You

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused professional with:

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (preferably in healthcare/allied health)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines

A keen eye for talent and a passion for building strong teams

Familiarity with recruitment platforms

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00
- $75,000.00 per year
