About the role

As a Retail Store Team Member at Liverpool Store, you will support our Lindt Chocolate Shops by spreading the word about the wonders of Lindt by:

Creating meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique Lindt experience

Preparing customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar

Educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge

Being our Lindt ambassadors and delivering exceptional customer service to all

We are looking for individuals who: Love Lindt Chocolate! Previous experience in a fast-paced café or retail setting Put their heart into everything they do and can talk the language of chocolate Have a passion for excellence and can provide every customer with a unique Lindt experience Previous barista experience desirable Flexibility to work hours that suit our fluctuating business needs, including weekends and
