**The Role**: To help in our mission to continue being the best in what we do, Storage King is currently seeking an individual to become a Store Manager in a full-time role to join our team based in Prestons.
Store Managers are key to the day-to-day management of the store and work hand in hand with the leadership team to deliver exceptional store results and customer service.
Our Storage Managers are involved with several aspects of our operation including, customer sales, service, administrative support and facility maintenance. There are opportunities for personal growth across each of these areas.
**Working hours**: Full time
- Monday to Friday
- 38 hours per week
We are open Monday to Friday 9am
- 5pm and Saturday 9am
- 4pm
Some flexibility will be required for this role.
**What You Need**:
- Willingness to learn new skills associated with a sales role
- Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative or with support and direction
- Enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of tasks
- Prior management or supervisor experience in a retail, sales or hospitality environment desirable
- High level of attention to detail across all tasks
- Passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic
- Enthusiasm as a team player with a hands-on approach to a diverse range of tasks
- Goal orientated and results driven
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Drivers license
