Disability Support Worker - Part Time (Casula)

**Job Title**: Disability Support Worker Permanent Part Time or Casual

**Position Overview**: We are urgently hiring male support workers to undertake disability support work.

The right person would have the following skills and personality traits including, working as a team player, friendly, ability to have conversations with people of all ages, ability to work autonomously, punctual and reliable.

The position is shiftwork, with a rotating roster over seven days, including weekend work and public holidays, however the right person must be available during the weekdays.

**Responsibilities**: 1. In home care
- Personal Support including, Assistance at meal times, Light household tasks, Personal care, Social Outings, Medical appointments,

2. Care Plan Implementation, Emotional Support, Skill Development,

3. Community Integration, Medication Management,

4. Must be able to work in environment with pets, including both a cat and dog.

**Skills & Required Criteria**: Must have NDIS Worker Checks, First Aid Certificate and drivers' licence and

1. NSW Driver Licence required

2. NDIS Worker Check,

3. First Aid Certificate,

4. Manual Handling Training

5. Ability to drive disability van (9 seater)

6. Own car and able to drive to locations as required

**Salary**: $30.00
- $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
