The successful applicant must have:

- Certificate of registration
- Previous property management experience
- Experience with REST Qualified
- Excellent customer service & time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work well within a team
- Positive attitude

You will be responsible for undertaking the following tasks:

- Liaising with owners and tenants
- Negotiating lease renewals and rent increases
- Screening potential tenants and signing up new leases
