Medical Receptionist (Liverpool)

We are seeking a medical receptionist to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our practice and providing administrative support to our medical professionals. The successful candidate must be confident in managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities autonomously. Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Duties and General clinic upkeep
- First point of contact for patients (phone and email)
- Managing high volumes of calls emails and responding to queries
- Scheduling appointments and follow-up visits
- Handling confidential medical information with discretion and professionalism
- Adapting quickly to daily practice needs and prioritising tasks efficiently
- Undertake administrative tasks, including typing reports, filing and managing correspondence
- Processing CTP, worker’s comp and insurance claims
- Hospital Billing
- Liaising with healthcare providers
- Managing clinical documentation, printing and scanning Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist preferred
- Professional, compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Strong organization, attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
