The role:

Answering inbound customer phone calls

Assist with customer complaints

Keeping accurate records of customer interactions

Liaising with operations and field staff where necessary to resolve customer queries

Working toward KPIs

Key requirements:

A dedication to providing impeccable customer service

Robust written and verbal communication skills

High levels of dedication and commitment

Computer literacy
