About the Role As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the store, providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through their buying journey. This is a part time position (35 hours per week) with weekend work. You will have the chance to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment with uncapped commissions, giving you the potential to earn above your base salary. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service, building rapport with customers to understand their needs
- Assist customers in selecting high-quality furniture pieces, offering expert product knowledge
- Meet and exceed sales targets to maximise commission potential
- Contribute to store operations, including maintaining product displays and stock levels
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to drive business growth About You
- Proven sales experience in a retail setting (furniture or homewares experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
- A self-motivated individual who is driven by both personal and team success
- Availability to work weekends is essential
