About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and self‑driven Field Service Technician to join our well‑established and growing team. Technicians from forklift backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair mechanical and auto‑electrical systems in the field
- Identify faults efficiently and deliver reliable, high‑quality solutions
- Provide professional, responsive customer service on‑site
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment to a high standard
- Work in line with company and WHS safety standards Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Field Service Technician or Forklift Technician
- Strong mechanical and/or auto‑electrical diagnostic skills
- Field service experience preferred; workshop/dealership experience considered
- Hydraulic or Diesel experience is valued
- Trade qualification as a Light Vehicle Mechanic or Auto Electrician (highly regarded)
- Advanced automotive electrical fault‑finding skills (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively
- Robust communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- A valid NSW driver’s licence (essential)
- A proactive attitude toward safety and quality workmanship
