As a Store Manager, you will take ownership of the daily operations, team leadership, and customer experience in your store. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to bring the heat, leading by example, mentoring their team, and making sure every customer walks out with the perfect BBQ experience. **In this role, you’ll**: Lead and manage the team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service. Develop and coach team members to achieve their best, fostering a positive and productive workplace. Oversee merchandising and store presentation to reflect our brand standards. Manage stock levels and inventory control to optimise product availability and minimise losses. Implement strategies to improve sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Skills & experience
- Have previous experience in a retail management environment
- Take initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy
- Have a highly driven, self-motivated approach
- Strong selling and communication skills
- High attention to detail and well-organised
- Have a passion for delivering great customer service and producing great store results
