We are currently looking for an outstanding HR Manager that would like the chance to work with our client.

Our client is a privately owned business and one of the largest providers of services to the Poultry industry across Australia.

**The role**: For this independent role, the **National HR Manager** will support the Executive management team and will be in charge of overseeing all facets of HR operations within the organisation with the support of a dedicated HR team.

**Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following**:

- Ongoing development of HR policies and procedures, including legislative compliance, review, and employee awareness activities.
- Implementing KPI’s, Job Descriptions and organisational restructuring.
- Advise and support managers/supervisors in managing the performance and development of their employees.
- Development and implementation of employee induction/on-boarding process.
- Management of all recruitment activities in conjunction with the direct line Manager.
- Overseeing, guiding, and supporting the organisation across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, talent development and retention, training and development, remuneration and rewards.
- Develop and produce HR and Payroll reporting for the executive.
- Participate in strategic planning activities, advising on legislative landscape, workforce planning, skills development initiatives and other key factors.

**Essential skills**:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Generalist HR Management role(s)
- Degree qualifications in HR
- We are looking for a strategic thinker who is energetic, driven, and innovative, with high ethical standards, integrity and commitment.
- Experience in FMCG industry highly favourable but not essential.
- A strong communicator with the ability to educate and coach team members throughout
- HR reporting and data analytics for Management
- Practical and down to earth
- Approachable !

**Salary**: $140,000.00
- $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Human resources management: 8 years (preferred)
