It Support Traineeship Liverpool

We're a small, friendly team dedicated to supporting schools in our area. We're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for learning and wants to make a difference. This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience while providing vital technical assistance to educators.

What you'll do: Assist principals, teachers, and staff with their tech troubles, both in person at schools and remotely. Be a problem-solver, using your tech skills to untangle even the trickiest issues. Communicate clearly and patiently with everyone you meet, fostering a positive learning environment. Be a team player, collaborating with colleagues and educators to find the best solutions.

Bonus points if: You're a quick learner with a knack for figuring things out. You're comfortable with Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite. You have experience with network setups (wired/wireless).
