About the Role We are seeking a Male and Female compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support a high-needs aged care client. This role involves hands-on care. While prior experience in complex/high-intensity care is essential, client-specific training will be provided. If you are a skilled RN with strong communication skills and a passion for aged care, we would love to hear from you. Client Care Requirements:
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator management
- Enteral feeding (PEG)
- Severe dysphagia management
- Complex bowel care
- Urinary catheter management
- Complex wound care Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to changes in client condition
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and family
- Ensure infection control and safety compliance About You:
- Minimum 1 year RN experience, including high-intensity/complex care
- Solid clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have experience with SPC, IDC, Medication Infusion and PEG feeding.
- Wound Dressing Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Working With Childrens Check
- NDIS Worker screening Check
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Full Australian working rights Availability:
- Flexible to work day, afternoon, night, and overnight shifts across weekdays Benefits:

- Supportive and responsive management team Pay: $38.00 – $45.00 per hour Shift:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
