Protech is partnering with a well‑established manufacturing company in Chipping Norton to recruit Production Operators for ongoing casual roles.

About the Role:

Day Shift – 7:00 AM start

Casual ongoing employment with permanent opportunities

Pay rate: $38.03/hr after 3 months

Your Responsibilities:

Assemble air conditioning units, including switchboards and insulation, on a production line

Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

Follow all safety procedures and report equipment or process issues

Ensure product quality standards are met throughout the production process

What We’re Looking For:

Strong hand-eye coordination

Experience with hand and power tools

Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar workplace

Full working rights in Australia

Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
