Job Description

The delivery of a la carte dining services for guests. Ensuring such items meets and exceeds the expectations of each guest. Compliance to food hygiene and occupational health and safety standards Ensuring immaculate presentation of Food service.

Ideal candidates will have the following 2 years plus experience An ability to demonstrate outstanding knowledge of food Excellent communication skills Impeccable presentation and grooming Sound Knowledge of OH&S; & hygiene Versatile availability
