About the role As a Retail Store Team Member at our Liverpool store, you will support Lindt Chocolate Shops by providing a unique Lindt experience, preparing customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar, educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in‑depth knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service to all customers. - Love Lindt Chocolate.
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced café or retail environment.
- Can talk the language of chocolate and put their heart into everything they do.
- Passion for excellence and ability to provide every customer with a unique Lindt experience.
- Previous barista experience desirable.
