We are recruiting for a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist Secondary Alternative Provision school in Liverpool. This rewarding role involves supporting students with additional needs and challenging behaviours, helping them build confidence, re‑engage with learning, and achieve positive outcomes. About the Role
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group SEN support
- Help manage behaviour and emotional regulation
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
- Build solid relationships with students and staff What We’re Looking For
- Previous SEN or behavioural support experience
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Patient, proactive, and resilient attitude
