Service Delivery Administration Officer (Derwent Park)

**About the role**

We seek a dynamic and results-driven administration person to support our growth by preparing and maintaining our systems to delivery exceptional service to our clients.

The role is diverse and requires an individual who is flexible, able to work under pressure, provide prompt responses to client and technician enquiries and reports regularly to the Service Delivery Manager.

**What you will do**
- Preparing and maintaining records for work to be completed by our field technicians
- Data validation for accuracy
- Finalising documentation for our clients from our system including reports, invoices and uploading these to various client portals

- Accurate data entry and administration tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, driving results in a rapidly evolving market
