Medical Receptionist Glenorchy

Excellent chance for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic's. You will be based out of our clinic in Glenorchy, with the expectation to cover sick/annual leave at other locations such as:Hobart, Rosny and Kingston in a Full time capacity.

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for:

Manage all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner both on the reception desk and in our contact center

Front of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival

Schedule appointments for patients and referrers

Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required

Enter and update patient registration details

Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

You Will Have
