About you:
You’re an experienced leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care and an inclusive leadership style. You’re highly organised with a confident communication style to build exceptional relationships with families. Your leadership style will motivate your team to empower our children as independent learners, nurturing their curiosity, resilience and self-awareness. Through engaging conversation with the team, you are laying the foundation for high quality care.
You will possess:
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent
Current Working with Children Check
Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
Australian Working Rights
Outstanding personal presentation
Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community
Experience to lead an awesome team
