**YOUR NEW ORGANISATION**: Radical Recruitment is partnering with a well-established, purpose-built & quality long day care service in North Melbourne, delivering high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years. This centre has built a strong reputation for fostering meaningful relationships with families and the local community, ensuring a warm, inclusive, and collaborative atmosphere.

We are currently seeking a Centre Director for a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday. If you're passionate about early childhood education, thrive in a leadership environment, and seek to inspire quality practice through a values-driven approach, this could be your next career move.

**What you'll need to prosper**:

- Bachelor's or Diploma qualification in ECEC
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Centre Director & Ed Leader
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals
- Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
- Completed Child Protection Training and a demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices
