About the Role

Nursery Manager
- at its essence, this role is similar to a room leader role, but with the added responsibilities of mentoring and guiding the other nursery educators in their curriculum planning and practices. We require a strong, passionate and confident educator who has the ability to connect with the children but also lead a fantastic team.

For this role you will need -

Diploma in Early Childhood Education:

Preferably experience as a Room Leader or Ed Leader:

Current WWCC (Employee):

First Aids, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate:

Understanding of the EYLF and NQS:

Excellent written and verbal communication:

Current Working rights in Australia
