Landscape Supervisor / Team Leader (Molendinar)

Rivercity Environmental is an environmentally based company undertaking, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Landscape Construction and Maintenance activities.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated staff member to expand our Gold Coast landscape operations. We currently have Supervisor / Team Leader position available open for immediate start. If you have previously worked in this industry or are keen to learn, and you are looking for regular ongoing work on the beautiful Gold Coast this might be the right position for you!

Working alongside our Depot Manager, successful applicant will be an integral part of the landscape team contributing to the successful delivery of works through the following responsibilities applicable to the position level applied for: **Responsibilities and duties**:

- Ordering materials
- Maintaining quality and safety onsite
- Coordinate daily works onsite
- schedule resources and plan ahead
- Supervising sub-contractors
- Interpreting plans
- Maintaining programs
- Monitoring daily costs
- Communicating with clients
- Leading a team of staff

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience working on medium
- large landscape projects
- Knowledge and experience in horticulture, earthworks and drainage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Industry White card
- Driver’s licence

**Beneficial but not essential**:

- HR / MR Truck Licence
- Experience in Landscaping or trade qualified.
- Bobcat & Excavator licence
- First aid certificate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00
- $39.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Landscape technician: 1 year (preferred)
