We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to lead and optimise paid advertising across major digital channels. This role is responsible for managing performance, scaling acquisition, and ensuring media spend delivers measurable business outcomes.
This is a full-time role suited to someone who loves being brand side, thrives on data and takes a highly analytical, commercially minded approach to decision-making.
You are motivated to test, learn, and continuously improve, and are excited by the prospect to make a measurable impact on the company’s growth through thoughtful experimentation, optimisation, and scaling.
What you'll do: Execute and manage paid media across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging platforms. Test, optimise, and scale performance through structured creative and audience experimentation. Manage large daily budgets with accountability for pacing, efficiency, and growth. Analyse performance data, build reports and dashboards, and deliver explicit, actionable insights using tools such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, and GA4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve results and communicate strategic recommendations. Optimise toward profitability by monitoring CAC, blended performance, and overall marketing efficiency while aligning spend with business goals
What we're looking for: 4+ years hands-on paid media experience. Proven success managing high-spend DTC accounts. Deep platform expertise across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other emerging platforms. Experience scaling eCommerce/DTC brands profitably. Solid analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets Experience with attribution tools such as Northbeam or Triple Whale. Robust understanding of unit economics and growth profitability. Demonstrated ability to translate data into commercial insights. Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools proficiency.
