Contract Supervisor (Grounds Maintenance) (Tea Tree Gully)

Contract Supervisor – Golden Grove Salary: $40–$45 per hour + super + vehicle + RDO. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, this role is responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing field crews undertaking grounds maintenance works on defence sites. This is a hands‑on leadership position where you will ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with client and company expectations, while maintaining strong relationships with both crews and customers. - Supervising field crews in grounds maintenance, vegetation, utilities or similar industries
- Planning and scheduling works in line with client requirements
- Managing safety, quality and productivity across work sites
- Client liaison, including managing expectations and resolving issues
- Conducting site inspections, audits and post work assessments
- Using mobile technology (iPads/systems) for reporting and workflow management What We Offer
