**About the role**: CSR are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Customer Service Representative** to join our team in **Golden Grove**. In this pivotal role, you'll be the voice of our business-supporting customers, processing orders, and ensuring smooth operations from inquiry to delivery. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide timely, accurate, and friendly service that reflects our commitment to excellence. Whether it's resolving a concern, coordinating logistics, or updating systems, your attention to detail and proactive approach will help drive customer satisfaction and business success.

**What you will be doing**:

- Providing outstanding service via our main phone queue and customer inboxes, responding within 24 hours.
- Processing quotes and orders using internal EDI systems such as SAP, Esker, and Connect.
- Coordinating with inventory to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Managing customer concerns and escalations, offering effective solutions.
- Raising site shifts, pricing credits, and return orders through SAP and CRM.
- Running and actioning daily reports (Sales Order Management, DILO) to maintain order accuracy.
- Maintaining accurate customer, product, and pricing data in CRM and SAP.
- Collaborating with internal teams including Account Managers, Inventory, Despatch, and TM Hub to ensure seamless delivery and service.
- Supporting team responsibilities such as managing return books, manual books, blocks, and pallets.
- Staying up to date with product knowledge, systems, and software developments.
- Promoting a strong safety culture in line with WHSE compliance.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or order management role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong internal and external relationships.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-skilling.
