Restaurant Waitress / Wait Staff We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress / Wait Staff Member to join our restaurant team and deliver excellent service to our guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat customers in a friendly manner
- Present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
- Handle customer requests and resolve concerns professionally
- Process payments and operate POS systems
- Set up and clear tables promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Assist with opening and closing duties Requirements:
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Team player with good organisational skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
