Administration and Transport Officer (Tea Tree Gully)

Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for supporting your community? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administration and Transport Officer. In this vital role, you will be at the heart of community, ensuring Clients receive high quality support. You will blend exceptional customer service with sharp administrative skills. Key Responsibilities In this agile role, duties include:
- Service Delivery & Coordination: Assist in implementing effective community transport services, including producing rosters and transport schedules.
- Client Care & Review: Conduct regular reviews and update service plans in consultation with clients and their representatives to ensure ongoing individual needs are met.
- Feedback & Collaboration: Provide vital feedback to the Team Leader regarding client issues, requests, concerns, and compliments.
- Administration & Compliance: Maintain strict client confidentiality and ensure meticulous documentation within the management system to meet statutory and reporting requirements.
- Records Management: Manage and maintain organisational records in accordance with strict policy procedures and practices. About you:
- Experience in Home Support services and/or Aged Care is essential for this role.
- Willingness to Drive vehicle/transport Clients as required. You must hold a Current C Class licence.
- Working with Children Check
