**What’s the role?**

As a **Customer Service Advisor**, you’ll be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming our customers to BankSA and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide them with tailored banking solutions. You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals
- both in-person and over the phone
- and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This is a rewarding role which will see your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every day!

**This is a part-time, branch-based role and the hours are**:

- **Monday: 11am
- 2pm**:

- **Tuesday: 9am
- 4.15pm**:

- **Wednesday: 9am
- 4.15pm**:

- **Thursday: 11am
- 2pm**:

- **Friday: 11am
- 2pm**

**What do I need?**
- **Customer service**and **sales**experience, ideally in a customer-facing / phone-based role with experience of working to targets
- **Resilience**, with an ability to remain calm and composed whilst managing challenging situations
- Comfortable in working towards **sales**/ **referral targets**and **calling customers**over the phone
- **Numerical**capability**, ideally with proficiency in **cash**handling**and counting, with ability to complete **financial transactions**with accuracy
- An energetic **personality**coupled with a genuine passion for **helping peop**le!
- The will to **learn**and **adapt**to new banking procedures and technologies

No banking experience? No problem. Your vibrant personality, eagerness to learn and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service are key to excel in this role.
