Restaurant Waitress / Wait Staff

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress / Wait Staff Member to join our restaurant team and deliver excellent service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities: Welcome and seat customers in a friendly manner Present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately Serve food and drinks efficiently Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience Handle customer requests and resolve concerns professionally Process payments and operate POS systems Set up and clear tables promptly Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas Follow food safety and hygiene standards Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Assist with opening and closing duties

Requirements: Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with positive organisational skills Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays RSA Certificate preferred (if serving alcohol)
