Junior Receptionist (Mount Pleasant)

About the role Millstream Paediatric Developmental Services is seeking a part-time Junior Receptionist to join our team in Mount Pleasant, WA, two days per week. As the first point of contact for our clients, this role plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our paediatric allied health practice. What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing client appointments and bookings
- Providing administrative support to the clinical team
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
- Assisting with general office duties as required What we're looking for
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent phone manner and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in using standard office software and systems
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- A positive, friendly and professional demeanour
