Hotel Services Assistant Employment Type: Casual Work Location: Golden Grove Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality cleaning, laundry and meal preparation services to the standard set by Helping Hand.
- Contribute to improving services and implementing those improvements.
- Share skills and knowledge with other staff to support their learning. Requirements
- Positive communication skills, including the ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
- Ability to operate smartphones and apps (e.g., Microsoft Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions, take initiative and work independently.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
- Robust availability across all seven days for both AM and PM shifts (casual position).
- Aged‑care experience (preferred).
- COVID‑19 and flu vaccinations recommended, as work is in a high‑risk setting and involves contact with vulnerable people. Benefits
