Barista/All Rounder (Golden Grove)

Job Title: Barista Location: The Munich Cafe Hours: 15–25 hours per week About the Role The Munich Cafe is looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. This position is offering 15–25 hours per week, with flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays when required. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and café menu items.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive experience for every customer.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café, coffee station, and dining areas.
- Assist with food preparation and serving when required.
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while supporting fellow team members. Skills and Experience
- Previous barista or café experience preferred.
- Ability to prepare a range of espresso-based coffees consistently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays. What We Offer

- Current right to work in Australia.
- Food Handling Certificate (preferred but not essential).
