Service Deli Assistant Manager (Tea Tree Gully)

Job Overview Reporting directly to the Service Deli Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the day‑to‑day running of the store’s service deli, ensuring the smooth operation of the department and its team. If successful, you will be required to assist with managing and coaching the team, completing production, actioning orders, generating rosters and more. Responsibilities As part of an enthusiastic team, you’ll be expected to demonstrate:
- Fresh food retail knowledge (preferred, but not essential)
- Ability to supervise a team
- Understanding of ordering, cost control and gross profit
- Accurate team member rostering
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very hands‑on approach
