Warehouse/Forklift Operator (Wacol)

Fuse Recruitment are seeking a reliable and experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to efficiently move, load, and unload goods, ensuring smooth warehousing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety focus, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to meet operational demands.

- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse
- Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of materials moved
- Ensure all activities comply with safety policies and procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets Key Requirements:

- Valid High-Risk Forklift License (LF)
- Proven experience operating high reach forklifts in a warehouse environment
- Sound understanding of warehouse safety procedures
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
