Computer Systems Technician (Wacol)

This is an exciting chance for a Computer Systems Technician to take on a challenging and fulfilling role at Renteca. The primary function of the Computer Systems Technician role is to set the business up for growth by improving current internal systems, and technology tools, as well as the processes throughout the organisation with a particular focus on the company’s primary platform, Insphire.

**Tasks include**:

- API analysis of Insphire and related software within the business
- Providing support and responding to inquiries relating to software queries from Renteca Insphire users
- Provide mentoring and training to Renteca employees in Renteca systems and software including ensuring documented training manuals are maintained to train users on system use
- Adapting existing programs to optimise processes and workflows
- Supporting the organization through system implementation changes (post implementation/upgrade support)
- Maintaining a register of all business systems, licenses and user counts and ensuring user access is commensurate with employee duties.
- Coordinating and overseeing updates to Insphire software

**Qualifications and experience**
- Applicants must have an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (or equivalent); or
- At least three years of relevant experience

**Skills and requirements**:

- Proven experience in using Insphire software
- data tables, reports, processes
- (mandatory).
- SQL Report writing skills
- building data warehouses and are proficient with coding Language
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in building and managing data analysis tools (eg. Excel, business intelligence tools)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Problem solving mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay: $110,000.00
- $120,000.00 per year
