**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking several Part-Time Production Operator's to join our Mattress Assembly team at CAROLE PARK. If you're a reliable, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to become part of a company that values quality, safety, and excellent people.

Your responsibilities may include, based on your experience:

- Assemble mattresses using tools and machinery
- Handle materials including foam, springs, and fabric
- Follow instructions and safety protocols carefully
- Conduct quality checks during production
- Work efficiently to meet daily targets
- Keep your work area clean and safe

**About you**

The successful applicants will be hard-working team players who can demonstrate the following:

- Prior experience in manufacturing or a hands-on role is beneficial, but not essential
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
