We’re seeking an ERP data migration analyst with hands-on experience in data migration from legacy systems, working as part of a team and being able to communicate clearly; someone who can quickly grasp complex systems, contribute meaningful insights, and deliver immediate value to our implementation team.

This is a **12-month contract role** dedicated to supporting the full lifecycle of our NetSuite ERP implementation project—from data migration and analysis tasks to testing and go-live support.

**About the Role**: As the data migration expert, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a robust NetSuite ERP solution. Your expertise in data migration, analysis, and testing will ensure the system meets business requirements and delivers accurate, reliable outcomes. **What You’ll Do**: **Data Migration & Management**
- Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations from legacy systems into the NetSuite sandbox.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries.
- Validate and reconcile data across systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.

**Business Analysis & Documentation**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories.
- Map existing workflows into NetSuite-compatible processes for seamless implementation.
- Document functional and technical specifications to support system configuration.
- Maintain traceability of requirements from inception through to delivery.

**Testing & Project Support**
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Share insights and lessons learned from previous ERP implementations to enhance project outcomes.
- Work closely with project managers, super users, and implementation partners to meet project milestones.

**About You**: Ideally, you have:

- Proficiency in database data extraction, fit for purpose tools and transformation.
- NetSuite ERP implementation experience.
- Knowledge of integration methods and middleware tools (desirable).
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
- Analytical thinker with a structured approach to problem solving.
- High attention to detail, particularly with data accuracy and integrity.
- Robust communicator, able to bridge technical and business language.
