Warehouse Operator (Carole Park)

Following exciting growth plans, we are looking for a **Warehouse Operator** to join our team in Carole Park.

**About the role**: The **Warehouse Operator** is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory. You’ll play a key role in order fulfilment by picking and packing items based on paper pick lists, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse. Additionally, you’ll handle equipment such as forklifts, perform routine cycle counts, and assist with dispatch and freight organisation. Your contribution to maintaining safety standards and providing timely reporting will be essential to supporting our team and delivering top-notch service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Safety First**: Follow all Work Health and Safety regulations, maintaining a safe working workplace.
- ** Order Fulfilment**: Accurately pick and pack orders based on paper pick lists, ensuring precision and quality.
- ** Inventory Management**: Manage stock levels, perform regular cycle counts, and assist in physical inventories.
- ** Warehouse Organisation**: Keep the warehouse and parts supermarket well-organised and clean, handle freight dispatch, and assist with container unloading.
- ** Equipment Operation**: Safely operate forklifts (if licensed to do so) and other machinery, and perform heavy lifting when required.
- ** Documentation & Reporting**: Complete all paperwork and electronic records related to inventory and order fulfilment.

**BreatheSafe Hours of Work**
- Monday to Thursday: 5.30am
- 2.45pm or 6.30am
- 3.45pm
- Friday: 5.30am
- 11.30am or 6.30am
- 12.30pm
- Every second Friday off for a long weekend!

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or stores role (preferred).
- Forklift licence (preferred).
- Open Manual Driver’s Licence (preferred).
- Ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Experience using inventory management software (e.g., Cin 7, SAP).
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
