Our client is an established leader in the automotive parts and equipment industry, specialising in custom-made solutions. With a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, they have earned their reputation as market leaders. To support their global expansion, they have partnered with a Private Equity firm. Due to significant growth and market opportunities, our client has a newly created opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join the team.

**About the Role** Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Financial Analyst is a strategic role, designed to support business aligned with the company's strategic vision. This crucial position focuses on fostering continuous improvement, supporting financial health, and effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
- Participate in budgeting processes and organisational modelling, focusing on innovative enhancements.
- Initiate pricing models for tenders and engage with Sales and Operations team for market intelligence.
- Assist with producing long-term forecasting models;
- Developing financial models and providing decision support for strategic projects, evaluating opportunities, and highlighting potential risks.
- Contributing to the monthly CFO reports and management meetings.
- Conduct and lead financial presentations, simplifying complex financial concepts for stakeholders.
- Perform stress tests and scenario analysis, aligning results with long-term industry forecasts.
- Work with the CFO to design, develop and implement performance dashboards for strategic decision-making purposes.

**About You** ***
- CA/CPA/CFA or equivalent qualification.
- A well-grounded, strong communicator (verbal and written), with high emotional intelligence.
- Demonstrates strong financial modelling expertise, alongside skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and planning (preferably in a group function).
- Advanced Excel skills, and strong computer literacy.
