- Deliver exceptional customer service via trade counter, phone, and email
- Promote products and upsell to walk-in customers where appropriate
- Previous administration and/or sales support experience
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Organised, adaptable, and proactive attitude
