Process Worker - Sewing [ Ftc ] (Carole Park)

The Comfort Group is Australia’s largest bedding & speciality foams manufacturer making premium foam and bedding products for a number of well-known brands including Sleepyhead, SleepMaker, Beautyrest, Dunlop Foam and Tattersfield just to name a few.

**The Opportunity**

As we enter our peak production period, we have several 3-month Fixed-Term Contracts on a Day or Afternoon Shift opportunities to join our Carole Park manufacturing team in our sewing and Assembly lines.
- Your responsibilities may include based on your experience:

- Rotation of duties eg: Basic Machine Operation, QA. Packing and Labelling
- Warehouse Roles are also available, which include, Forklift Operation
- Loading and unloading containers
- Manual Handling
- up to 25Kgs
- Conduct quality checks on all products and report any faults/concerns
- Always follow safety guidelines and report any risks immediately

**About you**

The successful applicants will be hard-working team players and will be able to commit to the term of the fixed-term contract. In addition to this, you will be:

- Physically fit and capable of lifting to 25gs
- Positive time management skills and a solid attendance record
- A willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in Manufacturing is an advantage but not essential
- Any experience working with fabric/têxtiles will be highly regarded
