Production Operator - Foam Conversion (Carole Park)

**The Opportunity**

This is a full-time permanent role [ 6am start ] to join our Foam Conversion Team. We offer extensive in-house training, so experience working with similar tools and machinery is not essential; however, it will be highly regarded.

Your responsibilities may include, based on your experience:

- Machine Operation
- Fabrication
- Manual Handling
- Foam Grading
- Loading and unloading containers
- Scanning, Packing and Labelling of goods
- Housekeeping
- Always follow safety guidelines and report any risks immediately

**About you**

Attitude is everything. We are looking for someone who wants to do their best every day and contribute positively to the team. In addition to this, you will be:

- Physically fit
- Good time management skills
- A willingness to learn with strong attention to detail
- Technically minded
- Previous experience in Manufacturing is an advantage but not essential
- Any experience working with foams will be highly regarded
